Basketball roundup: Pewamo-Westphalia girls remain perfect in CMAC

PEWAMO-WESTPHALIA 59, LANSING CHRISTIAN 20

The Pirates hit 15 three pointers en route to a CMAC road victory over Lansing Christian. Adrianna Eklund finished with a game-high 19 points, six rebounds, three steals and three assists and Peyton Eklund tacked on 15 points for Pewamo-Westphalia (10-2, 9-0). Alyssa Shank finished with a team-best eight points for the Pilgrims (5-6, 3-6).

LAINGSBURG 33, PORTLAND ST. PATRICK 21

LAINGSBURG — Brooklyn Holm led the Wolfpack with 10 points and hauled in six rebounds as Laingsburg picked up the CMAC home win over Portland St. Patrick. Lilli Morrill scored 10 points and Mallory Woodbury added on eight points for Laingsburg (10-2, 7-2). Graclyn Rockey notched 12 points and six rebounds and Macie Smith tacked on seven points and five rebounds for the Shamrocks (9-2, 7-2).

BATH 59, FOWLER 30

BATH — Africa Beltran notched 19 points, nine rebounds and four assists to lead the Bees to a CMAC home win over Fowler. Anna Poppema picked up 19 points and nine rebounds and Addi Duflo tacked on nine points, four rebounds and three assists for Bath (10-1, 8-1). Isabella Halfmann scored a team-high 10 points and Myah Rademacher chipped in seven points for the Eagles (3-9, 3-6).

OLIVET 42, EASTERN 31

OLIVET — Mykenzie Lake notched a double-double with 15 points and 13 rebounds to help push the Eagles to a nonleague home win over Eastern. Ava Myers scored 15 points, Carlee Martin tallied eight points and Magan Priesman dished out seven assists for Olivet (9-4). Illyana Montgomery finished with a team-best 10 points for the Quakers (3-8).

FOWLERVILLE 60, BRIGHTON CHARYL STOCKWELL PREP 42

BRIGHTON — Tyler Ray led all scorers with 20 points to help the Gladiators secure a nonleague road victory over Brighton Charyl Stockwell Prep (1-12). Sam Shrader picked up 12 points and Landon Asheliman tacked on nine points for Fowlerville (4-10).

WEBBERVILLE 62, BYRON 53

WEBBERVILLE — Dominic Driver led the Spartans with 27 points and hauled in nine rebounds as Webberville picked up a home win over Byron (7-7). Dylan Rhodes finished with 13 points and Cam Bucchanon chipped in 12 points for Webberville (13-2). JV score: Webberville 66, Byron 38
