WAMEGO (KSNT) – The Red Raiders protected its home court on Friday night.

No. 4 Wamego took down No. 7 Rock Creek to win 48-36.

In the first half, the Mustangs would go 0-for-12 from the floor with their only three points coming from the free throw line.

Wamego would lead 20-9 at the half, with the help of 11 forced turnovers.

he Red Raiders were led by senior Mia Meyer with 16 points, followed by senior Lexi Hecht with a double-double of 14 points and 10 rebounds.

Seven Red Raiders would add points to the board.

Wamego improves to 14-2 overall and unbeaten in NCKL play at 6-0.
