According to The Sun, the Dutch striker has informed club management of his intention to remain at Old Trafford until the end of the season, ruling out any possibility of a winter departure.

Courted by Italian clubs, notably AS Roma, Zirkzee would rather bet on time and hard work to turn things around. Back in training, the player reportedly retains the full confidence of the coaching staff, as hinted by Michael Carrick, who is keen to keep him involved with the squad.
