Jacksonville Jaguars question of the day for 2/3/2026.
Every NFL roster will look vastly different by the time we’re through with free agency, the draft, roster cuts, and any offseason trades. It’s exciting to look forward to how depth charts will morph over the next few months.
“Biggest roster needs” is always a prominent topic at this time of the football calendar. We’ve already written about notable weaknesses on both sides of Jacksonville’s depth chart (offense here, defense here), and now we want to hear from you.

What is the Jaguars’ No. 1 roster need entering the 2026 offseason?
In this writer’s opinion, protecting Trevor Lawrence should be the team’s top priority until a championship-caliber offensive line has been assembled. It’s never a bad idea to invest in players who can help put points on the scoreboard. Plus, since offensive production is far more stable than defensive production from season to season, that side of the ball should probably be the focus. Never mind the fact that Jacksonville already has a franchise quarterback and a leading offensive mind at head coach. Maybe build around those guys?
Trevor Lawrence and Liam Coen put the league on notice during the second half of the 2025 season. You could say, “If the offense looks like that next year, the Jags should be in good shape” — but they’re trying to win a Super Bowl, not the “they’re in good shape” award. The front office should do everything it can to maximize the current window Lawrence and Coen have opened, and the best way to support them would be to invest up front.
