The Buffalo Bills are heading into a new season, looking to win a Super Bowl under head coach Sean McDermott.

Buffalo has proven to have one of the best teams in the NFL over the past several seasons but have fallen short in the postseason time and time again.

Quarterback Josh Allen leads the way, directing some of the Bills' top playmakers such as running back James Cook, who received tremendous news ahead of the 2025 season.

According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, Cook has signed a four-year, $48 million contract with $30 million guaranteed.

"Jimbo is staying in Buffalo," the official social media account of the Buffalo Bills posted.

The Bills shared this post on social media after releasing the news, seemingly posting their initial reaction to the news.

After the announcement was made, Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane shared his thoughts on the news.

"We want to draft and develop and re-sign," Beane said, per Kevin Patra at NFL Network. "You guys know all the money we've doled out this offseason. This is another draft pick that we're proud of and excited to extend. Fortunately, late last night, we got it across the finish line."
