United States National Development Team forward Braden Horton has committed to Penn State, it was announced on Friday.
A native of Souderton, Pa., Horton played for Shattuck St. Mary's 15U AAA team last season, where he tallied 112 points (35 goals, 77 assists) in 57 games.
A 2009-born skater, Horton will join NTDP for the upcoming season before making the jump to the NCAA to play for the Nittany Lions.
