Thomas Castellanos talked the talk this offseason about the Alabama game. He backed up his words, walking the walk in spectacular fashion. Once the game was all but wrapped up, a celebration kicked off on the Florida State sideline, dancing to some of the in-stadium music.
A great moment for Castellanos and his teammates, he actually promised better sportsmanship moving forward. Emotions after taking down the No. 8 team in the country were always going to be high. But in future games, Castellanos wants to make sure there is a little more “class” on his end.
“We were just having fun,” Castellanos said. “I think that moment kind of just brought us together closer as a team. But we do have to do a better job finishing the game better and showing better sportsmanship. But we were excited, emotions were high. Trust me, it’s going to be corrected and we probably won’t be able to do that again. Emotions were high, we were excited, it was a big win for us. But we can’t finish like that. Got to show more class and finish better.”
