Marcus Rashford was the undisputed star of the show as Barcelona secured a 2-1 win over Newcastle United in their first Champions League game of the season.
The English forward, on loan from Manchester United, scored both goals for the Catalans and won the Man of the Match award.
It was also the first time Rashford scored a goal for Barcelona. Apart from his goals, the forward showcased excellent commitment and work ethic, which is a major positive for Barcelona.
Barcelona can sign Rashford for just €30 million
As Rashford grows in confidence, Diario SPORT reports that Barcelona can stand to benefit from Manchester United’s economic turmoil.
That is because the club have an option to sign Rashford permanently for a fee of just €30 million that can be activated at the end of the season.

If the Englishman can continue his current run of form, a fee of €30 million would prove to be a bargain for Barcelona.
Man United are unlikely to make a fuss either, as the Premier League giants are going through a difficult financial phase and would be desperate to lower their salary bill.
The exit of Rashford, to that end, could go a long way in helping them achieve that.
Rashford is not the only player performing well elsewhere, either, as the likes of Andre Onana and Scott McTominay have performed well after leaving Old Trafford, while even Rasmus Hojlund scored on his debut for Fiorentina.
Keeping that in mind, Rashford presents an excellent market opportunity for Barcelona, who can get an experienced and top class forward for a fee of just €30 million.
