Courtland Sutton is undoubtedly Bo Nix's No. 1 target, so it's surprising to see him off to a slow start in the Denver Broncos' Week 4 game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Through three games, Sutton leads the Broncos in receiving yards (185) and touchdowns (two) and is averaging 14.2 yards per catch.
But you would never know he's the team's No. 1 option with how quiet he has been so far on Monday night against Cincinnati.
Here's a closer look at what's going on.
Is Courtland Sutton playing tonight?
Sutton was on the field for the first drive of the game, although Nix didn't have many opportunities to target him.
Nix threw just one pass on the opening series and it went to Marvin Mims Jr. Denver went three-and-out after failing to move the sticks, so it was a quick drive.
We'll be hoping for better things on the next drive.
