The tight end position continues to frustrate fantasy football managers who crave consistency.

Talented volume hogs too often fade after big weeks, and recommended streamer pickups have struggled to sustain roles even with a cleared path.

Once again, we dive into the muck, which actually has some nice options at the top of the list, as well as matchup-savvy bye-week filler plays. (We're delusional, but we plow forward.)

Fantasy TE Week 6 Rankings PPR

These Week 6 tight end fantasy rankings account for point-per-reception (PPR) league scoring, with one additional point awarded for every 10 receiving yards, along with the standard 6 points per touchdown.

Any player's TE Bonus lineup consideration (weighing tight end receptions more heavily in point rewards) is noted below in the Week 6 Value column.

Who are the best Week 6 fantasy tight ends?

Returning from bye, the Green Bay Packers' Tucker Kraft draws the Cincinnati Bengals, by many metrics the easiest TE fantasy opponent. This locks him in at No. 1 at the position out of the gate.

Jake Ferguson picked up an undisclosed injury for the Dallas Cowboys on the heels of a 2-touchdown Week 5, so he'll be a status worth watching ahead of Dallas' upcoming game with the Carolina Panthers, who have tough cornerbacks but allow plenty of work to tight ends.

The top options are rounded by target magnets Tyler Warren, Trey McBride, and Dalton Kincaid.

Which fantasy TE sleepers should I stream for Week 6?

The Cleveland Browns' duo of David Njoku and Harold Fannin Jr. was heavily involved in Dillon Gabriel's first NFL start.

Targets were already in play due to Cedric Tillman's (hamstring) IR stint, and inexperienced starters often rely on the TE position. Two-TE sets (12 personnel) remain a specialty in this Browns offense under Kevin Stefanski's watch.

Evan Engram found the end zone in a revived Week 5 outing and now gets to face the same New York Jets secondary that allowed two touchdowns to Jake Ferguson. Roll the dice again.
