The may have no choice but to pursue a quick rebuild.
They're 1-4, and Lamar Jackson is still out. Something might have to give.
One trade candidate, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, is tight end Mark Andrews.
Andrews would make sense as an addition to a contending team, but he doesn't make a ton of sense for the Ravens to keep unless they quickly begin to turn things around.
The 30-year old Andrews is in his eighth NFL season, all coming with the Ravens.
Through five games in 2025, Andrews has 17 catches for 150 yards and two touchdowns.
He's not the explosive or high-volume tight end he once was.

The Ravens also have Isaiah Likely as a younger but still solid open at the TE position.
That leaves Andrews as an obvious sell candidate.
If the Ravens can get a mid-round draft pick back for Andrews, it can help propel them into a future where guys are healthier and the losses aren't as disappointing.
Andrews doesn't seem like he'd be the key to a turnaround this season, anyway.
It'd be a bit tough for Baltimore to part ways with one of its longest-tenured players, but it may be what needs to happen for the good of the future of the Ravens.
