Super 25 high school football

1. Chandler Basha Bears, 6-0

They're coming off a bye week and host Tucson Salpointe Catholic this week before taking on Chandler Hamilton on Oct. 24.

Basha wide receiver Kash Brock (4) breaks a tackle against Williams Field defensive back Bryson Raspberry (7) on his way to a touchdown during a game at Williams Field High School in Gilbert, on Sept. 12, 2025.

2. Hamilton Huskies, 6-0

It's a locomotive nobody has stopped through six games, never scoring fewer than 50 points behind the sophomore sensations, QB Jax Sculley and WR Roye Oliver III.

Hamilton quarterback Jax Sculley (8) throws against Brophy pressure during a game at Hamilton High School in Chandler, on Sept. 19, 2025.

3. Peoria Liberty Lions, 6-1

Their only blemish was a 45-14 setback in Utah to powerhouse Corner Canyon. They've rolled through Arizona teams since the start of the 2023 season.

Liberty Jaiden Chouteau (28), Hudson Dunn (7), Conor Martinez (11) and Jayden Pico (15) head to midfield as captains prior to a game against Centennial at Liberty High School in Peoria, on Oct. 10, 2025.

4. Chandler Wolves, 5-1

They've yet to lose to an Arizona team and have shown they can play with anybody so far, but they don't have to play Basha and they face Hamilton in the final week of the regular season.

Chandler quarterback Will Mencl (7) takes the snap against Centennial during a game at Centennial High School in Glendale on Aug. 29, 2025.

5. Goodyear Desert Edge Scorpions, 7-0

The offense is starting to crank up with more quality skill players eligible in the second half of the season and a balanced attack.

6. Phoenix Brophy Prep Broncos, 4-2

Their only losses came against the Big 2 of Basha and Hamilton.

7. Chandler Arizona College Prep Knights, 7-0

Coach Derek Zellner is the right guy to lead this program in the move from 4A to 5A.

8. Phoenix Pinnacle Pioneers, 5-1

With former Cactus star QB Antonio Casias now eligible, they could make a run in the Open playoffs.

9. Mesa Mountain View Toros, 4-2

Their only losses came against Liberty and Basha.

10. Desert Mountain Wolves, 7-1

They've been overpowering teams since losing their only game to Arizona College Prep.

11. Mesa Red Mountain Lions, 6-1

They face Mountain View this week with a chance to make a statement behind recently eligible QB Dominic Carmigiano.

12. Snowflake Lobos, 7-0

This 4A team doesn't have a clear lane to the gold ball in a conference that might have the most parity.

13. Phoenix Arcadia Titans, 7-0

These guys are quickly gaining on Snowflake in 4A, behind QB Zach Smith.

14. Peoria Centennial Coyotes, 4-3

They've played a tough schedule and there are enough good pieces to make a run in either the Open or 6A playoffs.

15. Gilbert Williams Field Black Hawks, 4-3

Another dangerous 6A team that could cause teams a problem in the playoffs, with one of the best running games.

16. Queen Creek Bulldogs, 4-2

It was tough to lose QB Tait Reynolds in the season opener. But there's still hope he'll be back this season. And sophomore QB Sawyer Hales has done a good job in Reynolds' place.

17. ALA Gilbert North Eagles, 6-1

Their only loss came early in the year to defending 5A champion Desert Edge.

18. Phoenix Horizon Huskies, 6-1

That loss to Notre Dame Prep two weeks ago should make these guys stronger and more focused to close out the 5A season.

19. Marana Tigers, 6-1

They've come a long way since the season-opening, two-point loss to Tucson Salpointe Catholic.

20. Goodyear Millennium Tigers, 6-1

They have a powerful offense, led by running back D'Mari Bryant, which has led them to one of the school's best seasons.

Millennium Tigers Rayden Reibel (3) throws the ball during a game at Tolleson Union High School in Tolleson on Oct. 9, 2025.

21. Benjamin Franklin Queen Creek, 7-0

This is the first time a 3A team has broken through to the Super 25, but they've been dominant, behind QB Gavin Wyler.

Benjamin Franklin Chargers quarterback Gavin Wyler (9) passes the ball during football game against the Dysart Demons at Benjamin Franklin High School in Queen Creek, on Aug. 22, 2025.

22. Mesa Jackrabbits, 3-3

This is a different team since the four California players became eligible.

23. Salpointe Catholic Lancers, 4-2

They've struggled with injuries, but capable of making a 6A title run.

24. Glendale Cactus Cobras, 5-2

Coach Brian Belles will see how his team responds to the loss to Yuma Catholic.

25. Tucson Desert View, 7-0

They might be flying under the radar in Southern Arizona, but they're capable of pulling some 5A upsets.
