Kylian Mbappe has candidly pointed out the difference between his former side, Paris Saint-Germain, and his current club, Real Madrid.
Following his seven-year tenure at PSG, Mbappe arrived at Santiago Bernabeu as a free agent on a five-year contract in June 2024, concluding a transfer saga that had been ongoing for several years.
During his unveiling ceremony at Santiago Bernabeu, Mbappe spoke about his childhood dream of joining Real Madrid and said,
"Since I was a child, I knew my destiny was to play for Real Madrid. I wasn't the best at school but I had this dream of playing for Real Madrid and I knew that speaking the language would help me adapt," as per Reuters.
Mbappe parted ways with PSG as the club's top goal scorer, netting over 250 goals while winning a total of 15 trophies, including six Ligue 1 titles.
Now, during a recent interview with Movistar+, Mbappe was asked about the difference between PSG and Real Madrid, to which the Frenchman replied,

"Difference from PSG? The only difference is that Real Madrid is the best club in the world. Here you tell yourself: I'm at the best club in the world, I have to win, be a role model for my teammates and for people," as per Fabrizio Romano.
Mbappe has registered 58 goals and seven assists in 69 appearances across competitions for Los Blancos so far.
What's next for Real Madrid and Kylian Mbappe?
Real Madrid have made an impressive start to the 2025/26 campaign, currently standing at the top of the La Liga table with 21 points after winning seven out of eight games.
Los Blancos have also extended their success to the Champions League, with victories in both matches so far.
Following the international break, Real Madrid will return to La Liga action in their match against Getafe on October 19 at Coliseum Stadium. Mbappe and the rest of the Spanish squad will be hoping to further increase their two-point lead over archrivals in the top flight.
Los Blancos will then host Juventus at Santiago Bernabeu in their third match of the season on October 22.
