Bristol back Tom Jordan has been suspended for at least three games after being sent off against Exeter Chiefs.

Jordan, 27, was dismissed after 20 minutes for a high challenge on Ross Vintcent during the Bears' 18-14 Prem win over the Chiefs on Saturday.

The original sanction of four matches will be reduced to three upon completion of the World Rugby Coaching Intervention Programme.

It means the Scotland international will definitely miss Friday's Prem game against Gloucester, as well as fixtures in league and cup against Bath before the end of October.
