ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) — Denny Hamlin has no worries for the next two weeks when it comes to the Round of 8 NASCAR Cup Series playoffs. Last Sunday, he punched his ticket to the Championship 4 with a win at Las Vegas.
The win was big for so many levels, number 1 he clinched a spot in the Championship 4, number 2 he got his 60th win which ties him for 10th on the all time list with Kevin Harvick and number 3 the big thing is he can focus on the Championship 4 race in Phoenix. He said if the opportunity to win comes up the next two weeks, he will take it. Especially at the Martinsville Speedway next week where he won the spring race for his 6th all time win at the paperclip!
