The Cleveland Browns got one year with New England Patriots HC Mike Vrabel but Kevin Stefanski clearly made an impact

As we’ve noted numerous times, Stefanski (as well as GM Andrew Berry) is well respected around the league. Cleveland fans have a lot of reasons to ignore how their former coach is seen nationally and hope that the next coach is able to bring more winning, no matter how the rest of the league sees them.

While the Browns were not able to keep Vrabel, he took “many” things with him from his time working with Stefanski, including the “4 H’s” that are noted as a key to the Patriots success this year:
Vrabel’s respect for Stefanski is clear, as taking and crediting part of the Browns former head coach’s process while preparing for the playoffs is significant. Stefanski may not have had the outcomes that Cleveland fans want, but it is clear that he had some strong processes.
