Geno Stone’s enigmatic social media post could mean time in Cincinnati is over

The safety put up a peace sign emoji.

Since he came over from the Baltimore Ravens, Geno Stone’s play has been underwhelming, to say the least.

The safety has struggled in both his years in Cincinnati, often being out of place for tackles. He finished with 23 missed tackles in 2025-26, according to Pro Football Focus.

And while he was known for his playmaking ability in Baltimore, Stone has been inconsistent in that regard with the Bengals. He only had two interceptions and broke up just one pass last year, according to PFF.

As a result, a lot of fans have been looking forward to Stone’s departure from the team in the 2026 offseason.

Now they might be getting what they wished for.

Stone posted a peace sign on Twitter (X) with a picture of him walking in a Bengals uniform. Perhaps he is subtly saying he is indeed done with the team.

Or perhaps he is being playful or sharing his upcoming travel plans.

We don’t know for sure, but it seems likely we will learn more soon.
