Bengals vs. Broncos Inactives: Jermaine Burton out again

Who’s in and who’s out?

With a tough schedule ahead and an embarrassing loss last week, tonight’s Monday Night Football matchup between the Cincinnati Bengals and Denver Broncos feels like a must-win for Cincinnati. A win keeps the Bengals atop the AFC North while a loss feels like it could snowball into a tough month of October.

The Bengals released their inactive lists and once again, Jermaine Burton is a healthy scratch. After an offseason where it appeared he said and did all of the right things, Burton still hasn’t done enough yet this season to get the coaches to dress him on gameday.

Defensive ends McKinnley Jackson and Howard Cross II are also inactive, meaning Mike Pennel will be on the active roster yet again.

On Saturday, the team’s final injury report ruled out tight end Noah Fant (concussion) and Shemar Stewart (ankle).

For Denver, they elevated linebacker Garret Wallow from their practice squad for the game, while having six players listed as inactives.
