'Simply the greatest in Premier League history'

My dad, who is a Leeds fan, took me to this game in a last-ditch effort to switch my budding allegiance (I was 11) from Arsenal to Leeds. Safe to say, after seeing Henry score four goals in a 5-0 drumming, I was hooked on Arsenal for life, and Thierry has been my sporting idol since.

We asked for your favourite Thierry Henry moments in the red and white colours of Arsenal.

Here are some of your comments:

Harry: 20 December 2004 - Arsenal vs Leeds at Highbury. Poor Dad.

Tom: There are just so many, but two standout ones have to be the run and dribble inside the Liverpool penalty area and the exceptional mazy run inside his own half and scoring against Spurs, which made it even better.

Martin: Too many to name for The King. That goal against Tottenham, that goal against Liverpool, breaking Ian Wright's record in Prague, the goal at the Bernabeu, the goal against Leeds when he returned... Simply, the greatest player in Premier League history.

Chris: Just watching Henry play for Arsenal was magical. No better than the goal that he scored against Tottenham and then celebrated in front of the Tottenham supporters in November 2002, and then at the Bernabeu in February 2006.

Ed: I was lucky enough to see Henry in his prime. During the peak-Wenger era, I would go to two or three games per season, and I was present for some of his iconic goals - the chest, turn and volley against Manchester United, the length of the pitch charge against Spurs. He was an amazing athlete who happened to be an extraordinarily talented footballer. With Henry in our team, we always had a chance, whoever we were facing.

Josh: There are too many moments, but all have similarities, and that is they were all amazing. Got us on our feet, inspired so many, from the run against Spurs at Highbury, to the run against Liverpool, to the nutmeg on Danny Mills! Absolute legend, King Henry.
